Creation of a feminine bust with silicone implants or fat transfer, planned according to the chest base, the glandular development achieved with hormone therapy and the proportion with shoulders and hips.
In trans women the breast base is usually wider and the gland smaller, so the choice of implant, the plane (submuscular or dual) and the position of the folds are planned differently than in a conventional augmentation. The aim is a natural result in proportion with the rest of the body.
Dr. Yolotzin is a clinical partner of CETRANS and supports the process with respect for your name and your pronouns, in coordination with endocrinology when applicable.
