Privacy notice

Dra. Yolotzin Méndez, with offices in Santa Fe, Álvaro Obregón, CDMX, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

Data we collect

Name, phone number, email address and any information you share about your interest in a procedure. During consultation we also collect health data, which is considered sensitive, with your express consent.

Purposes

• To schedule and follow up on your consultation.
• To build your clinical record (Mexican standard NOM-004-SSA3-2012).
• To send you information about your treatment and aftercare.

ARCO rights

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data by writing to dra.yoloplastica@clinicaicer.com. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

Transfers

Your data is not transferred to third parties, except where required by law or to provide medical services (laboratory, hospital), always with the appropriate security measures.
